I have this and have been quite happy with it. I use it in my older car to stream music. So happy I bought another, but it seems to have created problems connecting to the second immediately. They are both named the same thing and it doesn't work well for 2.

You can rename the Bluetooth device in your phone's system settings > Bluetooth settings/devices

Ha, I need the opposite. Aux to Bluetooth TRANSMITTER. That way I can go to the gym and plug into the treadmill and have it transmit to my headphones.

The 2nd one is a transmitter. It connects into a 3.5mm port and transmits to 2 devices via Bluetooth.

I have both of these devices. The USB one has been working perfectly for over a year. One thing to note though, I believe it goes into a standby mode if nothing connects to within a few minutes after turning the car on. Unplug/re-plug fixes it.The second one is great for Airplanes. I used to have the Airfly back in the day (1st gen), and this device has way more value for the price. Although it will remember your headset that last connected, it can be a little tricky to connect your headphones to. I use AirPods Pro Max. The device has enough juice to go from LA to NY without an issue. I don't think you can simultaneously charge it from the airplane USB port and use it at the same time though.
