If that was the case then India would not have so many people. They eat A LOT of turmeric.
This is very rare and happens because there are rare instances where people cannot metabolize tumeric very well. If you have already been taking tumeric + black pepper and haven't had any symptoms of liver damage, then you should be fine.
Noted: this guy used to sell diff brands wholesale, and therefore I need to do my own research on the product.

Talk to any Hepatoligist. A person of science, research with resources. They will tell you do not take Tumeric.
I had to add the science because over half of the country does not believe in science for whatever reason now.

Large amounts of turmeric can mess with your sex hormones. Really not something you should be supplementing.

My rheumatologist recommended supplemental turmeric for inflammation

Thorn, sports research , solarey, jarrow and nootropic are probably the only brands I'll buy. But with that being said there are only very few us men need daily such as d3 k2, magnesium , zinc , creatine and omega 3 ..

Some others that could possibly be mentioned vitamin c ( our bodies don't produce it ) , b complex ( for energy ) , probiotic ( gut health ) and electrolytes that have good minerals, hydration and essential minerals.

But not to waste money buying any of these things it's best to get a blood panel test on what you're deficient in.
