This is one of the better Delsey's. It doesn't have the lifetime warranty but does have the 10 yr warranty. I found Delsey CS to be great. I had a 3 piece hard-side set , one of which had a broken latch after almost 15 years of use. The set was not made anymore and could not be repaired, so they sent me the new version of the 3 piece hard-side set to replace it.

Does anyone know the dimensions of the smaller luggage. I heard the TSA requirement for carry-ons has changed recently

It hasn't changed. Still 22 x 14 x 9 inches. You can also check on your traveling airline website for dimensions.

I'm not a luggage expert, but I've read enough that Hinomoto wheels are a must and it doesn't seem this has them.

Can anyone else comment on the deal at hand here?

Nope. I got the Members Mark luggage with the "Hinomoto" wheels and don't think it's great at all. I thought because it was branded and sounded Japanese it must be great but it is NOT! It is nowhere close in quality-standing as "YKK" brand zippers

Thanks for the feedback - I was comparing the Member's Mark Luggage, heard those were great value, but clearly you're dispelling that... Oh it's analysis paralysis with so many luggage options.

100% Polycarbonate

IMHO, the best deals are as follows (see luggage size)

1. The Members Mark luggage for $139.99 is great value with the lifetime value.

2. The next best deal is possibly this for $95

I don't know if this helps, but on the Delsey website, the Turenne 2.0 has these dimensions:
Exterior Dimensions: 14 x 9.5 x 22 Inches
Interior Dimensions: 13 x 9 × 19.5 Inches

Funny, you gave me a hard time about not liking the wheels a few days ago lol. You also don't specify what you don't like about them.
