I have the 2000Wh battery from the same brand. Worked great when I was out of power from Hurricane Beryl for a week, kept my freezer running and preventing food spoilage. For some reason, the battery goes dead after about a month of storing it at 100% and I'd have to recharge it. I think the BMS remains on even when the battery should be off, slowly draining it. Seems like the same issue experienced by everyone else who bought one. Not sure if they addressed that issue or not. Other than that, it worked as it should. I haven't had to deal with their customer service or warranty yet so can't comment on that.

Can you keep it plugged in while not in use and unplug and take it with you or use during emergencies like in your case?
Never tried but batteries shouldn't be kept charging indefinitely. I typically take it out once a month to charge. Twice during hurricane season.

I have the exact experience with this company. They ghosted me until I disputed with Paypal. Their response was very half ass, did not help at all. Good thing I got my money back via paypal. Now I made it my mission to bring awareness about this scammer.
