Bought this years ago, has 10 year warranty and chair lasted exactly 10 years of heavy abuse, very comfortable
Two words that when combined, you should avoid.

"Bonded" + "Leather" = "Landfill"
I bought this same chair in brown 5 1/2 years ago. I'm 6'4" and weigh 265 lbs. I work from home and use this chair 8-10 hours a day. It's been very comfortable and still is. I still use it today. The only downside is the bonded leather. It held up pretty well for the first three years and then, slowly but surely, the bonded leather started to flake off. Now only about half the cushioned surfaces have leather remaining while the rest of the chair is worn down to the cloth base to which the leather is bonded. It now looks very worn and crappy. However, the chair still remains comfortable with no compression or loss of support in the cushioned surfaces. Now I'm buying the same chair again in black. I figure getting 5 years of daily use out of a very comfortable big and tall chair that only cost $100.00 is good value.

Never squeaked, just ended up falling apart but I abused the heck out of it, think I paid 250 for it

I'm surprised bonded leather could even last that long.

Just watch for a used steelcase leap on a local marketplace. It will last longer and likely feel better the whole time.

Bonded leather is just thinner leather bonded (glued) to a different (vinyl or fabric) substrate. The only issue is usually at the seams where it can crack and begin to separate.

I've had this chair since 2000 (Covid, work paid for it) and it looks as good as new except for one spot at the bottom of the side cushion. Just a small crack, no tearing or peeling after 5 years of daily use.

Same hear. Got this chair in 2000. I'm similar size, and used daily. it still looks almost as good as new. The leather is not peeling, just one small crack at the bottom of the cushion which is barely noticeable.

The price is so good I just ordered a second one for my wife's desk.

Yes. Taller and wider than standard office chairs. It should have the heavy duty pneumatic piston as well, but you can always buy the heavy duty piston off amazon for $20 and swap it out if needed (They are universal). In fact, you can swap the piston out to heavy duty (350 lb. weight limit) on almost any modern import office chair.

But I'm wondering if this chair will work for anyone or it's ONLY for big n tall people?

Surprising. How did the bonded leather hold up? In my experience, bonded leather usually starts to fall apart after only a year or two.
