FWIW... According to TCL this Q77K series is not mini-led and has no local dimming.

Can someone advice if I should go with this TV or the one from Best Buy https://slickdeals.net/share/iphone_app/fp/1106956. Seems like a $110 price difference.

Looking for decent enough tv for bedroom. Any help or guidance will be appreciated.

I've been debating between these two TVs for a couple of days. I decided to go with the Costco 75Q77K because of the 5 year warranty, google tv vs fire tv OS, increased gaming performance and hdmi 2.1 vs 2.0. Also, the 75Q77K is a 2025 model vs 2024 for the 75Q681F. I also realized that if I bought 2 I would get $150 off and then if I added a 55" if would only cost another $150. So I set out to buy a $500ish 75" TV and ended up buying two 75" and one 55" for $1100!

I got the 65" version of this today for my kids in their game room. So far it looks good and I'm very happy with it for the price. Definitely a huge upgrade from the curved Samsung they were using from 2014 lol

Any info on how this compares to other tvs ?

I have been watching the 65 for $419 for a few weeks. Or the 75 for little more

But then I think the 65" q7 is $550

Then the 75" q7 is only $600

However, if we get to $600 the 65 Roku is mini led.

Once again , I stop myself and realize the Qm7 or u7n seem to be much better mini LEDs, but $700

Then there are OLEDs for not that much more than that, and what I really want, but worried about my kids burning in Minecraft UI

Help my analysis paralysis please !
I'd get a well rated mini LED unless you need legit good viewing angles. Then if so the only choice these days is OLED.

Thanks man. On the hunt for a 75" mini led now.

I ended up with an OLED monitor for my PC and it is amazing but the OLED in living room with windows and family makes me nervous. Even if it's fine, I don't want to stress about burn in or brightness
