I have 2 of these, wheels on it starts slipping after few days then its useless, will not be able to move as the wheel skids on wet surfaces, and they don't sale separate wheels so this device becomes useless. There are off market wheels available on amazon but those slip from day 1, i tried many of them.

I second the no buy recco. We had one and it started leaking after a couple of months. We didn't notice cos it was under a desk and had warped floors to contend with. Do not buy

I bought the combo like new from Amazon deal for $67 now thinking of ordering this one and return the combo as the combo I got doesn't avoid carpets and this one does.

33% of Amazon reviews are 3-Star or less. 25% are 2-Star or less. A WHOPPING 19% of reviews are 1-Star for this product. That means that roughly 1 in 5 people who have bought this product hated it so much that it got the lowest score available.

Anyone ordering, I hope you like to gamble lol

I have two units of the M6 and they have been great. No concerns and their mapping features works well. My only issue is that every time its done its cycle, you will want to wash the mop. Otherwise you are using a dirty mop/rag over again.

At this price, worth buying one to hold or give for a present.

Have been using one for over a year to mop 3 floors, it works well. Replacing mop pad once each floor is cleaned is simple, not a big deal. It uses camera instead of more accurate lidar so it's better to put a somewhat heavy box at a carpet corner to make it stay on hard floor.

Do not give this piece of garbage away even as a present, unless its to someone you hate. One of the worst purchases I ever made.

You kind of start calling it out here but in my experience, the amount of troubleshooting, cleaning, changing, swapping, refilling, repositioning, grabbing off the landing when it falls off the stairs and dents the wood -- its just faster to mop and clean the regular way than to use and pay for this device to do it. Perhaps other models or even brands are better but I can't recommend this products. Its just objectively not good.

A lot of negative reviews, which are all valid. We have one and use it in a very limited capacity to clean just the tiled area of the kitchen. It sometimes doesn't obey the virtual thresholds and creeps into the main living areas where it subsequently gets stuck. One commenter above noted the tires getting stuck which is also an issue we had and happens more when the provided Bona floor cleaner is used. If you have stainless steel appliances, depending on the height, the Braava's edge may scratch them. It leaves bump and scratch marks at the bottom of wood cabinets. All in all, it's just okay and works for our use case- two dogs plus wet New England weather and they're always tracking mud inside, but if it weren't for the dogs, we wouldn't get one.
