Anyway, the shaver body is metal and the blades are stainless. I do like that it stands on its own vertically, but the charge port is on the bottom, so you have to lay it down to charge. The fit and finish of the body is a little lacking, but it seems solid overall. The bare shaver cuts very, very close. I tried it on my neck, and it was a little uncomfortable, I could have easily cut myself. I usually pre-shave before using my regular electric shaver my if my face/neck hair is too and the neck area is too sensitive for this. This will cut sensitive areas without a guard. Don't even think about it for your privates without a guard. The four guards are 1, 2, 3, and 4mm. There's no bag or case for the attachments, which kind of surprised me because there are several parts. It has two speeds that you change by hitting the power button. Low is when you turn it on, tap it again, and it goes too high. I'm not sure why you would have two different speeds. For $8 it's a pretty decent shaver.
