Same size at harbor freight is $11.99 normal price. Bought some recently for cutting some chain I used to mount a shade sail. Worked great. Pro tip on getting the sail right enough: use a watching tie down to pull the sail taught to your pets, then cut your chains to match the gap (accounting for your d rings). MUCH easier that way.
