FYI, table top dimensions are 15.75" x 10.62"Maximum height is 33", minimum is 18".

I have this just to put my coffee on next to my reading chair. The main issue I find with it, it's too light so it moves around easy. I have a robot vacuum and it's gentle bumps can move this table. The other issue is the wood (which I think is stained bamboo) has no protective finish, so even the cold condensation of an icy drink leaves wet stains on the surface

Pretty small LxW. I wish it was at less 18x12. Ideally 24x18.

Yes, but not if you also want to use an external mouse.
I have a wireless mouse and keyboard connected to my TV. (I use it as a DVR to record TV shows.) I don't need to use the keyboard once I log in. So, on this tray table, I have enough room for the mouse/mouse pad and a coaster for my drink. And also to place a remote control or 2 (top area) when I arrange the table to be wider than longer.

And the tilted version of this is actually marketed as a laptop desk but that one also looks like it's too small for a mouse and a normal sized laptop.
