I was in the market for one but I opted not to after a friend of mine got a similar model. He ordered a G95SC direct through Samsung EPP with the Samsung Care package and ended up swapping it 2 times via shipping. It took over a month before he got one that worked properly.
Depends on who's refurbing it but I would generally agree. However Samsung G9 monitors feel like have a much higher failure rate for NIB than other products so I might be wary of third party refurbs.
