Came across this deal..it's at every location and online.
I had a tech that works for me go to the Menards and buy up all they had at that store.

(I modify the doorbell button to tie into door access control systems for businesses..just for the wireless chime).

I think the reason no one really wants them is because of the C sized batteries it needs. But you actually do NOT need those batteries. (you can use an 'up sizer' to utilize AA batteries, or you can use a wall wart as a 'battery eliminator').

It has a 200' range. Probably works fine as a regular doorbell.

It looks like the base uses 3 "C" batteries, but what does the button need?

It has a small internal battery. I am going to pick them up from the tech tomorrow. I will do a complete tear down of the button and that receiving chime and then post pictures up later.

The "c" batteries are spendy these days especially if it eats them.. Hopefully there is a 5vdc (usb?) power port for the base.

It's a good sized chime. I posted picture of the 23A battery needed for the button (transmitter).
