Not sure if I'd risk it on near-expired tuna

Just my $0.02 but I find these ones (Starkist) to be pretty disgusting vs. other brands

(edit: I still T/U because it's technically still a good deal, if you like the taste)

I'm admittedly leery of buying food products from Amazon (counterfeit issues and the way product is commingled from sellers), but I definitely wouldn't buy tuna in the summer. No telling what kind of temperature control they'll have in the warehouse or during shipping.

I've had these and other brands that have kept for years. Some I've even kept in the glovebox or in the side pocket of my golf bag. I have had the crackers give an off taste on the real old ones but never got sick or couldn't eat them.
