If you're ok w/ 44 mm, blue and $100 more, you can have the 12 and 6 on a similar watch. I agree with you, though. I'd prefer to have 12 and 6, too (or no numbers at all).

Your description mentions it's a chronograph. It is not a chronograph

edit: the description has now been edited to exclude chronograph feature

Love seeing watch deals. If you like the dial, that is a great price for that movement. The 1302 is based on ETA 2892/2897. I have a trainmaster NM1056D and has the 1702 which is almost identical I believe.

Not crazy about this design, but it's a good price if it's your thing, and Ball makes a really nice watch.

Spent lots of money on these watch deals over the years and have a bunch of watches in a case just sitting there because I rarely think about wearing one. Is this just a guy thing?

I think it's just a *you* thing. I rotate through my collection frequently.

I like the blue a lot more, but it's coming up $881 for me. Do you have another coupon that brings it closer to $100 more (~$799)?

Well start off by taking it back to basics. Many options create indecision, and that happens in any hobby. Sell the ones you aren't too fond of and keep the ones you really like. Try dailying it for a bit and see how it fits into your lifestyle. For example, I only wear my Duro for certain occasions. Of course this is a bit harder with Autos, since they need your wrist movement for power, so you could look at a cheaper Quartz that you can pick up whenever you feel like.

It might also be worth it to try experimenting with the band. For example. I dislike stainless steel since you can't easily adjust it to fit the way your wrist slightly grows and shrinks throughout the day. It feels and looks way more premium than rubber/resin but what's the point if it doesn't fit you.
