I've had no issues on a few purchases. I even did a return and it was easy though I think I paid return shipping.
I bought 3 pairs from them. There is something off about their products, I can't say it's 💯 fake but it's not authentic either. I can put it this way, when you go to Burlington or Ross, they have a lot of brands they all are original but it seems they are made specifically for these stores and lack the quality that you can buy from the actual store. Same deal here
I've had a lot of good purchases and delivery from them. Never an issue. Love them long time.

I have ordered multiple sunglasses on this site with no issue
Two were fine.
One set were just thrown into thin cardboard sleeves in an envelope. THey were completely smashed. Their website is annoying to raise a warranty when it was broken in transit. I had to mail them back (their cost), took 3 days to get a response. Then another week and then they refunded.
For these specific glasses, that crossed out price seems WAY overinflated for Nike.
So not authentic ive had serengeti honor warranty claims for glasses I've purchased from there...
