ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 U.S. and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older (19 years of age in Alabama and Nebraska, 21 years of age in Mississippi) at the time of entry.

PRIZES: Five (5) Prize winners will each win one (1) Prize. Each Prize consists of one (1) Grill Mates crate including all fifty (50) Grill Mates products (each prize, a "Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Prize: $199.99. Total ARV of all twenty (20) prizes to be awarded: $999.95.
