Have strapped to the roof rack on our Grand Caravan and our Sante Fe w/o a roof rack and it has always been fine a dozen or so times for 6 - 18 hours drives and it has generally been fine.
The first thing to fall off was some of velcro that holds the flap closed over the zipper. This ended up being a major problem when we drove to Iowa through a storm and the kids pack and plays were up there. The flap didn't stay closed and rain blew right through the zipper. For our most recent trip, I did reglue the Velcro straps and now I always throw a waterproof cover over whatever is in the roof bag just in case.
Great price since this is the exact same product offered by dozens of sellers for $50 - $80. I think I paid $40 for like four years ago.
