Thank God these are "Round Edge" I'm so tired of my blunt nose spoons not digging into ice cream as easy as the round edge. Serrated edge was interesting (not for my gums) but it really sawed through the chicken bits in my noodle soup. Square spoons made a horrible sound against bowls, and I think the non-Euclidian spoons were scooping from several dimensions at once. I'll stick to round edge from now on.

These are great tablespoons, not teaspoons! The edges are smooth and not sharp like the cheap flatware. I have had these spoons for 3 years and they still look new. They feel solid and the appropriate weight for their size.

Round Edge refers to the handle.
