My experience with Tapo stuff is that they're real stingy with the connection and will only allow you to view from one location at a time. This sounds fine, but what happens is their end loses track of what's using the one allotted viewing slot (e.g. if you were viewing on your phone while away from your house using mobile data, but then come home and start using wifi) and suddenly you can't connect to your camera without rebooting it and forcibly killing the stale connection.
