Outdoor unit was a little damaged but still functional they knocked off $50.
Main complaint is no template for mounting the indoor unit and drilling the hole.
Also the instructions aren't the best but with the help of YouTube I got it installed and running for the past two weeks.

Same!! I had issues with the copper line and they knocked off $50. Works very well though.

What amp breaker did you use? I installed 30amp but I think 20amp would've worked
Pre charged and all? Did you need the gauges from harbor freight or borrow them somewhere
Yeah 11.6 amp based on wattage so two of them would be 23.2A which is just short of 80% of 30A circuit
