If you run down tomorrow to your local Cane's, you can pick up the card to sign up for the club, if your not a member. It's free and you might sign up in time to get this promo this weekend. If you have a spouse, they can sign up for a seperate account too. My wife and I get a BOGO combo on 1st day of the offer and another on the second day, can't beat it for a great lunch.
Yes, yes I know people will say there is better chicken out there, but BOGO is a good deal. In my area, it's $10.80 for the box combo, so 2 people eat for basically $5.40 each and that's decent for lunch in my city.
For Fazoli's, one can get a side salad and it counts as an entree.

Anyone have any experience from previous years what the quality of the "snips" at Lowe's is? Assuming they may have done this in the past.
My guess is Dollar Tree quality or slightly higher. The terms of the giveaway state the retail value is $5, and Lowe's inflates MSRP 2-3x for giveaways. Also, you can't reserve them like you could with previous reward gifts; it's first-come, first-served.
