Passed this. I see lot of reviews saying that mapping gets lost .
Tempted but reviews are rough. Namely the software and hardware itself is nowhere near roborock quality. Seems to get lost and stuck a lot, and also the roller clogs with hair. A pass even at this price point.
I have two roborocks, but bought a used T20 Omni for the garage. I love it so far. Beastly machine that punches well above its weight (cost).

Much better reviewed than the ECOVACS DEEBOT X2 Omni which is on sale for $221. https://vacuumwars.com/ecovacs-de...ni-review/ but would like some responses from people who have one.

I have an ECOVACS DEEBOT T50 PRO [amazon.com] and I love it. App is very easy to use. I've tried some of the lower end shark and iRobot vacuums and they were okay. This is the first vacuum I've had with all the bells and whistles. The spinning mop heads clean very well and the obstacle avoidance is much better than the older tech.

My roborock get lost all the time and before upgrading to the latest model had constant hair clogs and messes to dig out. (the new roborock has a cutter to cut the hair, but its also $1,000)

The mapping on this is awful, when I ran the vacuum it ended up inside my neighbors kitchen, I was wondering where the heck it was, ended up returning it

My 3 year old q6 has non of these issues and has largely been way more capable than the Roomba it replaced

How is this even possible? Do you share kitchens with your neighbor like are they adjoining

I'm guessing that was a hyperbolic joke, because, as you said that doesn't make sense without context.

For the price, it's def a deal. Only annoying thing is that it doesn't hold water on the vac when mopping so it does require several returns to the base to re wet the mop pads.

https://vacuumwars.com/ecovacs-de...ni-review/ got a pretty good review from aug 2024 but overall only 2.88/5 score. Not sure what to think but seems worth a shot
