Decent shoe but if you can afford a little extra consider upgrading to the glycerin or ghost. Those are much better shoes all around.

I was on the fence to get this and have both the glycerin and ghost. Glad to hear this comment, I will just wait and get one of those for a little more.

I've ran on these before. Definitely suited for shorter runs. Anything more than 7miles your feet start hurting pretty bad or at least mine did. Make for good gym/slip on and go shoes though.
