Are these strong enough to transport garden soil or will they rip?

One bag a week???? Wtf??
I do recycle a lot.... So I use may be a one bag every two weeks unless I have guest coming over.... I think I use more garbage bags for lawn than inside ... like picking out weeds...

This is correct
I see that from my neighbor ... they have like 5 to 6 garbage bags per week. They don't recycle so may be that's why they have so many bags...

Are these the same Costco bags that slip off the rim of the garbage can almost instantly? It's been like this at my local Florida Costco for months. These 13-gallon bags used to be great, and then shrunk to being unusable.
Love these bags, never had that issue..

Could it be that you live in a humid swamp state and that's causing the slippage?

It's not humid inside with the AC on.

Agree with one bag a week WTF. We use one bag a day, minimum, and we are empty nesters.
Are you buying stuff for the sole purpose of throwing it away? Even when we had two kids at home we only used two bags a week.

How on earth do you generate so much trash every day???

We use one bag a week total. Don't use a bag for recyclables

I bought these full price a few months ago because we ran out and hadn't seen them on sale. That said, we are family of four and one trash bag per week also so it's going to last a while. Separate bin for recycling and separate compost as well. We also generally don't buy individually wrapped items (less packing and cheaper), despite the prevalence of them at Costco!

Try 1 a day with kids
Two kiddos here. We it not for the overnight PullUps diaper things one still needs we'd probably be one bag every 2-3 weeks but I empty it due to piss smell. Recycle is another story - soooo much cardboard.

One bag a week, 4 adults. We separate recyclables in the kitchen with a rubbermaid tote/bin. Also compost container for the green bin. Sort your trash and you'll have less.

Same

about 1 bag a week. These last us forever and never rip

Probably depends how moist it is. Might not want to carry more than 30 pounds in each bag, with no pokies, and that's stretching it. (pun intended)
