I saw it at Costco, played with the demo unit. It felt GREAT! The drawers had solid rails.
I didn't look up if these have any long term reviews, but my initial impression was better than the demo units you see at Home Depot

Isn't 21 gauge steel quite thin? It looks like the equivalent craftsman and harbor freight ones are 18 gauge.

Yes, I ended up calling two stores in Houston, and they were able to look up all the stores in the area. Unfortunately, none of them had any.
