Not one single review mentions overheating, including the negative ones.

Please post any evidence you have of this product overheating so SD users can be fully informed for product purchase. Thank you.

I bought similar multiple round pads and magsafe in the past and they all overheated. Yes i have to take it seriously. I don't want to fry my phones. I'm still curious because there are some 4-5 start reviews so i bought it. If it doesn't work i'll return.

I purchase the deals I post, and will testing the pad with multiple factory A/C adapters from working in the mobile industry for several years and a few 3rd party ones I have purchased here on SD. I will update if any overheating issues occur.

In my experience, the most common reason for overheating while charging any mobile device, is using mismatched, old/outdated, faulty or low-quality A/C adapters. I have had the best experience and highly recommend Motorola/Lenovo adapters.

I use Anker 735 65w, Motorola stock chargers and cables that came with my 2024 phones and older samsungs. Definitely rated 15+w. The pad is coming today.

IMO Anker makes fine products. I've never had an issue. I thought I did, but it was user error. Regardless, Anker sent me a newer model priority for free.

I can confirm it's 15w. s24+ going from 65% to 100% takes 20 min longer with a 10w charger. I assume because of the extra 5W. It does get warm. Not as hot as other pads i've used in the past but i'm still worried about damaging my phones. Anker 10w stand never gets warm. Lisen magsafe can get very hot. This pad has a small pinhole light. The manual explains the colors. They should've at least made it on the side. I bought because of QI cert. I keep it on a cold metal stand next to 10k btu room AC. Maybe it helps with overheating a little.
