Would something like this extend a mesh system wifi from indoors to outdoors if this is mounted on the exterior of the building? Need to bring wifi to pool area that is probably 75 feet or more from a building where wifi is. Trying to look into cost effective solutions that do not involve running ethernet drops to the areas needed (yeah I know that's the best option but association is trying to not have to pony up for costs of running Ethernet cables to the areas for APs)

These are Onemesh compatible so in a sense yes but depending on your house you wont get enough signal. I always cut the advertised range by 60% if not more. Have you consider a wifi powerline adapter? Might be something worth looking into. I did this to run wifi to the backyard but speeds were about 30mbps. Enough for music streaming and a few ppl on it which is what I needed

Had not heard of wifi power line adapters… reviews are not promising. And doesn't sound like it brings very decent speeds. Thanks though it sounded interesting

I never had problems with mine or the couple I set up for friends but yes, speeds were the main issue. You might want to relocate the router to a mid point if u dont mind running cables and add this extender.
