Vertuo has 4-5 different sized pods which include espresso style and larger drip styles. They're all tasty but considering the pods are the most expensive on the market I prefer the bigger pods.

The preview pic is distorted, but it's the small espresso pods. Vertuos can make 5 different size drinks, depending on the machine you have.

No way are these $54 regular price, nobody's paying almost $2 a pod. Vertuo pods are almost always a dollar a pod regardless of size.

These will brew you a whopping 1.35 oz of Espresso.Fine if you want an Espresso, but it's not a Americano or US sized coffee.

Thanks everyone for clearing this up.

I hate Nespresso trying to be all "European" and using the term coffee and espresso interchangeably. As I understand it: espresso is like a coffee shot. Coffee is a big cup.

So I cannot use these to brew a US cup of coffee. As a non-coffee drinker (i'm a Coke zero guy), I'm done trying to order these things for my coffee-drinking wife.
