It's still a fairly good deal for $180 a pair. I got the first gen several years ago for the same price that are still holding up well.

I've owned these speakers for over 10 years now. They still sound as good as they did when I first got them. I highly recommend them, they are great value at this price.

I have these as well as 308s. Moving from 5 inch to 8 inch woofer adds surprisingly little at the low end. They image exceptionally well. The vinyl covers and box construction seems a bit cheap, if that matters to you.

I got the 6" and love them. For music production, desktop stands made a huge difference in getting the projection on point. They sound great.


Shoot, at this price I am considering running some extra channels out.
