YMMV deal to get two more lamps for the price of 1 at 49.99 (might be a glitch but it worked for me and I received my order already). Seems to only work if you start with a deal like this where you get a free lamp automatically added to the cart. After that, go to the lamp page https://www.eufy.com/products/t8l...8341793978 and add one for 49.99. Then go back to the lamp page again and add one more lamp. This time when you go to the cart you'll see 2 free lamps, 1 lamp for 49.99, and the doorbell for 119.98. Doesn't seem to work if you add them from the cart by increasing quantity (+), so make sure you go back to the lamp page to add them.

I had a different experience with them over email.

They first asked me to send a video show the issue so I did that (I would think showing a video is more helpful than showing photos for this particular issue). I was then told that they would "apply for a replacement order" for me and that if the application was successful, then I would be contacted and the order would be sent to me (what happens if the application is unsuccessful?).

I then asked if I needed to send back the defective lamp because their reply sounded like I didn't need to. I was then told that I would be sent a shipping label to return the defective lamp and that "once the return package is delivered and detected by our warehouse, the replacement will be shipped" to me. But I haven't received any shipping label yet.

I'm not sure if I've been corresponding with different people or with the same person over multiple emails.

I received one floppy based lamp and they offered to replace it but getting a refund instead- Communications were via email. TBH I was very kind and mentioned how much I love Anker products and have many and found them all so reliable... appreciated their gift. You can certainly "shim them" - it's free, who cares. I need to return the camera as I purchased two and one of the two has a flaw. I would have been unhappy to have paid to ship both back.
