Eligibility: The 2025 Marlboro Cowboy Christmas Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (excluding Massachusetts and Michigan) and the District of Columbia who are smokers twenty-one (21) years of age or older and who have registered user accounts on Marlboro.com at the time of entry ("Eligible Entrants" or "Entrants").
Timing: The Sweepstakes begins on June 30, 2025, at 9:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on August 24, 2025, at 11:59:59 p.m. ET (the "Sweepstakes Period") and consists of eight (8) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") and one (1) grand prize entry period (the "Grand Prize Entry Period")
Prizes:
Fifty (50) Grand Prizes: The Grand Prize winners will each receive one (1) Grand Prize. Each Grand Prize consists of a trip for one (1) winner and one (1) guest (age 21 or older) to Las Vegas, NV, including round trip, first-class air transportation for winner and one (1) guest from a major airport near winner's home (determined by Presenter in its sole discretion) to Las Vegas, NV; two (2) nights' accommodations at a hotel determined by Presenter in its sole discretion (single room, double occupancy); ground transportation to and from destination airport and hotel; and an in-person dining and entertainment experience for winner and one (1) guest while in the Las Vegas, NV area (as determined by Presenter in its sole discretion). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of each Grand Prize: $6,500.00.
