There's no record of Matestar, Imitordirects, or MStarCharger01 at the ETL product search, so that claim is probably bogus.

40w chargers are basically dollar store chargers at this point.. don't get hosed online thinking it's just inflation. maybe $5-$6 max price.

My understanding is that samsung phones can charge at up to 45w with a 45watt PD PPS power supply. Otherwise, charging is capped at 18w
