I am by no means a luggage expert.
After reading comments when I do post luggage, I understand 100% polycarbonate is supposed to be the best?
This helps me in finding what the members like and what to avoid.
Please, any comments are welcome on this deal...good or bad

Yes, pc is the way to go. I've never heard of this brand though. And the cup holder seems... Gimmicky to me.
Looks decent for the price, though their MSRP is way off compared to prices in seeing elsewhere. My main holdup is not being able to find any reviews, mainly because I need to know if the 22" is including the wheels or not.

Thank you for the comment -

I guess I was unclear lol, some luggage makers like to say their luggage is a certain size but only measure the main body and don't include the wheels in the size. So then when the airline does include the wheels it is too large and you have to check it.

I think these are the best two deals now in hardside luggage 2-piece:
The question I have is whether you have either / or or both memberships - COSTCO or Sam's Club. If you have Costco membership get the Costco one and if you have the Sams membership get the Sams one
As for the luggage - they should be comparable in quality.
So, it now boils down to other factors
CARRY ON
The Sam's Club Members Mark Mark is the same height of my other carry-ons but its depth is more. So, I guess that's where it stands out in maximizing space. It is well built not that one would ever need that protection in carry on. It is also not light which means if anyone weighs it for purposes of extra baggage fees, then it is a disadvantage.
The Costco deal's greatest disadvantage is the carry-on size. Smaller than what it could be.
CHECKED LUGGAGE
Sam's Club Members Mark Mark: What struck me most is the weight! It's relatively heavy and that's its biggest disadvantage. So, if you are worried about carrying the most without paying extra, pay attention to the weight. The web site Q & As say it is 12.4 lbs. It terms of "size" it is in a sweet spot; not large, not medium other, somewhere in between. So if you are thinking of maximizing volume, this is not it, but if you are thinking, "not bulky", this is it.
Traveler's Choice: It seems it is maximizing volume so naturally it will seem bulky. It is also less heavy at 11.2lbs, so it should work in your favor since you want maximum volume. You will be fine with the size on check in. The luggage specifications are 61.7" which is less than the 62" max, and airlines always have a little grace, so on that part you are fine. So go ahead and even use the 2" expansion. Should be zero issue. Your constraint will not be space but the weight of a packed luggage with clothes, etc.! The bag can likely hold far more that 50 lbs!
