I picked up the S5 Extreme. These things are awesome except within a week of use the dirty water tank was always seen as full even when empty.

Design flaw to even have a sensor for the dirty tank.

Is the S5 PRO2 a better option at $160 after 15% off? They also have an S6 on sale? I have the iFloor 3 that's been great but looking to upgrade.

I dont recommend the s5. After a few months, the sensors got corroded and the error message " please empty dirty water tank" starts and make the s5 unusable. Google this error, and good luck finding parts

These are amazing if you have little children. Only drawback is they don't last very long. We got 1 year worth of usage and then we ordered a replacement. Customer service is good but they make you send it in for repair which can take several days during which I recommend getting a stick vacuum from Bissell for temporary use.

I can't live without this thing. I'd pay full price for a new one if it dies. I actually look forward to cleaning my floors now. Sometimes I'll run the vacuum over them first and sometimes not. It makes cleaning the machine less gross to vacuum up the pet and human hair first. I find it pretty simple to clean and they include 2 sets of the parts that have to dry out between use so it's very easy to put the dry ones in and leave it ready to go for the next use. The only negative is it doesn't do much for grout in the couple small tiled areas I have.

This is the only complaint that I have. Otherwise, it's nice to whip this out for a quick clean.

This product works well for 1 year. If you're lucky maybe about 15 months. Then it will break. Not maybe. It will. We're on our 3rd or 4th one.

Looking at online comparison videos I'm leaning toward the S6 for the upgraded sensor and edge to edge cleaning.
