When I went to one, I thought everything came on the sandwich and that I would have to take toppings off. I was disappointed when all I had on it was sauce, cold cuts (whatever meat came with the sandwich I ordered), and bread. They were dry.
One is able to customize with toppings (not sure if it was additional charges, I do not think so).
