Setup a second line for a family member on this plan last week. Port was done in 5 minutes. I have had my primary line with them for over a year. I was on Verizon initially but they switched me to Tmobile to test it out when they were first going online. For helping them with some feedback they gave me lifetime free hotspot for as long as the account is active. Works fine.

Why do I feel like I pad more than twice this much almost 2 months ago? I'm guessing I bought into a better Infimobile plan?

Hi I have a question: It's eSim, so did Amazon actually mail you something? Or all you need is the email that contains info like activation code? I am asking because I will be on the way tomorrow so I can't get the physical package if there's one. If I can install/activate the eSim with the confirmation email, that'd be perfect. Thanks in advance.

Switched to this earlier this week after purchasing this plan (Verizon) when it was posted a couple weeks ago. If I remember correctly, the infimobile website had an issue when attempting to submit the port request on a desktop computer using Firefox. I believe it was likely due to UBlock and/or Privacy Badger because it submitted without issue when I tried it through Edge where I don't have those installed. The previous carrier alerted me a transfer was initiated immediately after I clicked the submit button and the new service was available 10-15 min later. My visual voicemail wasn't working on my Pixel 7, however Infimobile's customer support was able to correct the issue after working with them for about 20 minutes. While I've only used it for less than a week, so far the service has been good.
The Infimobile website is ok. For me, the usage dashboard doesn't appear to be accurate. Customer support told me it updates every couple hours, however my phone says I've used 46MB of mobile data since the plan started while the usage dashboard reflects nothing being used even after changing the view from GB to MB. I do find logs of data/calls/texts used when using the "Usage History" feature/tool to search for them. This tool only allows searching a 2 day range and doesn't have a running total so it's not helpful to determine used/remaining balances.

Thinking of switching from Tello for my son. It's cheaper than paying the $6 + taxes and fees to keep his plan going every month.

The "deal" says to activate within 60 days although some people have indicated waiting longer and it still working. I'd imagine it's similar to the mint kits sold at target and best buy..how can infinimobile know WHEN a particular kit is sold by amazon? On the other hand you DO have to provide your Amazon Order Number when activating. Let us know if waiting works for you.
I was near 130 days when I activated my 15GB line. Still used AMZ order number.

Typically yes, but slow is slow as in takes forever or it times out, of course you can use wifi connections at home and at businesses to conserve your phone data.

I grabbed the T-Mobile sim last month when this was posted.

Replaced the Tello sim in my Joying Android Headunit.

The Infomobile website said my device wasn't compatible but it works fine.

Can it be used to renew existing plan?

Previous threads have included comments saying you cannot use these for existing service. New line only.

Should be plenty if you don't stream videos.
