This stuff is fantastic as a marinade or my favorite injected in to a pork but when I make Cuban pulled pork on my smoker. Or at least that's what the recipe calls it.

Usually get the one from Goya, but this is too cheap to pass up for a gallon. Thanks!

Are people recommending this particular brand? Or just mojo marinade in general (which is awesome)

I don't recommend this one typically, but I'm a sucker for a deal.

I add a bit of orange and lime juice and it does a great job of giving it that fresh zesty taste and making it less thick. A little splash of vinegar helps if you want a sharper taste.

Oh I use mojo when I make my favorite Cuban dishes. I just don't like the viscosity of this brand. Too thick. I like Goya's better.

OOS for S&S for me, but $5.98 with a Jul 13-Aug 1 delivery date. At this price, in for one just to give it a try... future me will be confused when it shows up, but hopefully enjoy it.

Appreciate the tips on adding some extra juice to make it less thick!

Agree. Ingredients are awful.
