I have the 13-inch version. This is a steal at 99. The trackpad works almost as well or possibly equal to the MacBook ones. Same with the keyboard. That was my main concern.

I like that you can take the keyboard off, and the iPad is still protected. You can fold it around the iPad or remove it completely.

I have Apple's case as well, and if you don't use the keyboard, the only option is for the iPad to be naked, which always makes me anxious.

The grey fabric looks top-notch. Even after a year of being in and out of my backpack, it still looks new.

The kickstand is great also. It has ever angle covered for you. Logitech put some. Thought into this.

The only negative applies to the Apple Magic Keyboard case as well. There is no holder for the pencil. You can buy a small attachment to hold the pencil that lets it charge and not get knocked off. That is the only knock on this. Here is the one I got. Sucks that it costs 15 bucks but it fits well. https://a.co/d/8mI06zq

The pencil holder I got attaches to the back of the iPad. Then you put the case on. The color matches the Logitech case, so it looks like it belongs. I returned a couple that were not good matches. No pencil falling off and getting lost for me.

Oh and the fact that it is a third party device and doesn't need to be charged separately and uses the power from the iPad is an awesome feature.

I've got a handful of these for reasons, but only a previous gen iPad. Some are the Folio version (doesn't detach) and some are the Combo Touch (detaches). The detachable Combo Touch keyboard will technically work when attached to my older iPad via the 3-node connectors, but it's an extremely finicky connection (not worth it). If I had an iPad Air I could use the 5-pin connector built into the Combo Touch's main case. I only chimed in here because I can vouch for the build quality; they're extremely well-mase, the hinge is really great and the keyboards feel better than they have any right to. I ended up with these because they were going to be ewasted otherwise, I intend to harvest them for the delicious neodymium magnets inside. Feels like a terrible waste, but I ain't buying an iPad just to make use of one. 😂🥲

I got it, I would say it's good quality for you would like to revive your old iPad. I used it on 2018 mainly to help with work as second screen either for duet display or Astropad with the occasional magic tcg.

In 4 one. thanks OP.
I used to have one of these for an OG iPad and loved it.
Only issue I had was that it made the overall weight noticeably heavier... But the benefits outweigh the negative.
