I bought this set two years ago, it's absolute junk. No support under your bum.
Thomasville was a luxury furniture brand back in the day. Shame on Costco for selling this trash.
In stock for delivery in Eastern MA. I got this for $1,400 back in February, and it's been holding up great. The cushions are around a medium firmness—supportive but still comfortable. The built-in storage is super convenient, and the ottoman adds a lot of flexibility depending on how we set up the space. There's been some minor fabric pilling, but nothing that affects comfort.

Anyone know if I can get a refund on the price difference?

Edit: Price adjustments are only offered for purchases made within 30 days.

"For members other than resellers, purchases that reduce in price within 30 days of the date of purchase are eligible for a price adjustment. Products that have promotional item limits will be eligible up to the limit quantity."
Pilling after only a few months but you're still happy with the purchase?

I still have it after 3 years but the fabric is starting to fray and pull apart around the seams. I don't recommend it.

I bought this couch and it has been great. Unfortunately I paid closer to $1500. The storage is great if you have kids. Just gets rid of all the clutter in the family room.

It's very minor and doesn't bother me. Lol why are you questioning my satisfaction with the product?

Yeah, minor pilling after a few months isn't ideal, but it's pretty normal for woven fabrics and definitely not a dealbreaker. The comfort, storage, and flexibility have outweighed that small issue for me—still happy with the purchase.
