How do you like the sereen? That is one I am eyeing. I am tall , do you think low back would be issue?

You ever tried a return on couch or other furniture to Costco? Would you recommend any others they have?
Some keyboard and reddit warriors swear they have had Costco come pick couches back up for similar complaints, even years later.
I'm 6'3 and love it so far. It's super deep. It does take a little getting used to sitting lower as they aren't tall but the seats are 43 inches deep.

That's exactly why I bought it when it was on sale last month for 2k. It is huge. It's 11.5 feet by 11.5 feet. Don't go off the diagram that shows it's 9.5 feet. I ordered an extra chair and ottoman and it's too big and couldn't even use those pieces lol. It is huge though. Only negative is I miss my cupholders from my previous couch but it's so easy to fall asleep on this one.
Return it. Call Costco and tell them what has happened and they Weill send someone out to pick it up and you can then use to get a new one or take the cash back.
I got a sectional from Costco that was 2k and had 3 electric recliners and all broke in 2 Years and returned it.
