I don't know what the deal with this was because I tried to order it last time and it got canceled saying they went out of stock and then I ordered another color and it sat for a week and then got canceled and after that experience, I pretty much gave up on trying to purchase from here. I used to have no issues when I first got out a few years ago, but I guess after 2020 or whenever that last purchase was the service has went downhill. Ended up just getting one from Amazon even though it cost me about $100 more.

They are awful. They either put it on hold for "fraud" then cancel it, or cancel it for no reason, and send you that cancellation email minutes before they close for the day. That being said, if you hound on them enough, the deals are really good. I had to spend time on chats and calls, but I was able to get a MacBook Air and an Apple Watch Ultra 2 for great deals.

I've ordered like 5 of these iPad deals over the last couple years and never had any issues. Seems to be hit or miss

The problem is usually only when the seller isn't actually AAFES. This deal, like many others, is from another vender that they call an Exchange Plus Partner. AAFES has no idea about inventory levels for these sellers.
