Same, my pit boss timberlands lasted about 6 months in my environment as well, I'm hoping these last a bit longer too.
I'm wondering if this is any good or not. I recently got a pair of Red Wing Boots, Tradesman I think it's called. with a steel cable ratcheting fastener instead of laces. $275 I paid. The soles aren't replaceable, but they have other shoes that can be resoled so they can potentially last for 5-8 years. I've had my redwing boots for about two months now. they're very comfortable, and the ease and speed at getting into and out of them with the ratchet cable fastener is amazing
Anyone have any experience of these? I find the timberland pro boots quite stiff, wondering if these are a bit more comfortable
Just read the one-star reviews. The stiffness will be the least of your concerns. The seams will split on these, just like most CAT work boots do in my experience. This company doesn't make footwear primarily - these are essentially promotional.
Seems like good work boot for factory or auto work.
