Wouldn't it make more sense to buy new, rather than refurb and take advantage of the 30% tax credit for less money ?

I'm not positive, but since they're refurb I'm guessing these are the v1 with the handles.
They all have handles. The v2 version is just not attached, but it's in the box.
Gotcha, I wasn't sure. I just watched the Will Prowse review video [youtube.com] of the v3, and he mentioned it didn't have handles.
