I love this design, I have one labeled Honeywell and have been using it for a couple years now. Their pretty quiet and move allot of air.
You can't beat the price on this one.

Anyone know the wattage at low speed? And 60 watts is quite high for a small fan even at the fast speed. My big tower fan at high speed is 50 watts I think

I don't buy fans anymore that I cannot take apart and clean

they are all covered in dust and dirt after a year and barely work if at all
