YMMV. Found in the back wall clearance section. Only one at my location. Showed out of stock for the store even before I bought it and full price online, so not sure how you can check local stock. Just happened to stumble across it.

Screenshot of my e-receipt attached. This kit includes the DCE400B, 1/2" and 3/4" heads, 2Ah battery, charger, expansion grease, and a case.

I've been waiting for a deal on this pex expansion tool for years now, but of course it's a YMMV with no way of checking without gambling with your time traveling to the store.

I've used both this tool and the Milwaukee M12 version, and I prefer this one.

full price is worth the money for this tool if you use it. The amount of time/effort saved is huge.

I've use this and the Milwaukee 12v. Both performed flawlessly. For the pro, it doesn't matter but for homeowner doesn't know much like me, it's easier to use and more leak proof than cinch or clamp.

Yes.

After working with PEX-A, I would never want to work with any other plumbing fitting type again if I had a choice.

This is probably the best tool I ever bought, and I only did one project with it…plus the occasional few quick upgrades that it makes insanely easy.

Agreed, even if it's one project it's well worth it even if you sold it for half after.

This is a great tool. I got this on Amazon right after covid for $229 on a lightning deal. Used it to replumb my bathroom. A bit heavy compared to the Milwaukee but stillGood for my needs

if it was $229 it's worth buying just to have for later. Honestly to save $80-100, I wouldn't buy it just to put on the shelf. Doesn't make sense, might as well pay the extra when you actually need it.

what "quick upgrades"? I've used mine for the Laundry room but going to re-do all lines here probably this fall. My House im remodeling and the copper is in the slab and it's about at the end of its life so while I got all the Sheetrock off I'll just plumb in new lines into my utility room. Will just install a manifold and make home run lines to the respective sink/toilet

If you don't do a lot of plumbing work this tool is probably not worth the cost. You can rent one or use a manual expansion tool for the rare case where you need it. Plumbers get a ton of value out of these but for a DIYer I don't think it makes much sense to buy one.
