I bought a couple of these to try out, then bought a couple more after the first order arrived. They are pretty thin, but I wanted that so as to dry quicker (I use them for biking). There is a mesh section about 1.5" wide which runs vertically down from the armpit (to aid cooling). The only small negative is the lengths are somewhat inconsistent - when "sorted" (laid on top of each other) it is apparent - the shortest is about 1" or so shorter than the longest. But for $8, if you don't mind the plain colors, it's a good buy.
