My Costco Warehouse has these headphones on clearance for $125. The online price on the Costco website is still $199.99. Perhaps you'd like to keep this in mind when shopping at your warehouse this weekend.

Bought these in the blue/gold color way a few weeks ago when they were $150 and I absolutely love them. Build quality blows the $250-400 beats, Sony, and Bose out of the water and the sound quality is right on par with all of them as well. All of these brands have their own sound signature and they're all similar quality, just different. ANC is perfectly adequate in my experience, but I don't have long term experience with Sony/Bose to compare them to those. If uou can find em for $125 I feel very confident in saying there isn't a better value in over ear ANC headphones available.

I picked up the Cloud Gray and Black PX7 S2 for $150 a few months back. I already own the PX8, so these are mainly for my kid and for casual use—situations where a bit of sweat is expected. In terms of sound, the PX7 S2 is very close to the PX8. Clarity, detail, and overall tuning are quite close. When the PX7 S2e launched with updated DSP tuning inspired by the PX8, some users confirmed with Bowers & Wilkins that the standard PX7 S2 received a similar tuning update via firmware version 3.1. Once paired, the app prompts you to install it. After updating, I noticed the PX7 S2's tuning aligning more closely with the PX8.The main difference in sound lies in imaging, where the PX8 has the edge—likely thanks to its faster carbon fiber drivers. Beyond that, they're very similar: same ANC performance, same codec support, and the same app features (though both only offer a 2-band EQ, unlike the 5-band EQ introduced in the PX7 S3). Both also support direct USB-C audio with their built-in DACs, handling up to 24-bit/48kHz.Like all B&W headphones—except the more consumer-tuned PX7 S3—the S2 and PX8 avoid the exaggerated bass you'd find in earlier Sony models like the WH-1000XM5. Instead, they deliver accurate, punchy bass that's less fatiguing over time.ANC on the PX7 S2 is decent for most environments. It handles low-frequency noise well—great for filtering out engine hum or air conditioning—but it's less effective at blocking higher-frequency sounds. In practical terms, you won't hear much from nearby construction, but the occasional bird chirp may still sneak through.

OP here. I checked this morning via the Costco app, and the price was still shown at $199.99. However, I bought one last night in-store for $125. I was lucky to be there when they changed the price last night, probably for clearance this weekend. Long story short, the Costco app might not have the updated price yet.

I'm guessing you purchased it for $125.00 and not $124.97? The .00 price is a manager markdown and is store specific so others will not likely be able to replicate. Also, manager markdown prices are not shown on the app anymore

It gets loose after just a few days of wear — but every head is different. I also own the Focal Bathys, and compared to the PX7 and PX8, the clamp force is minimal. That said, it feels too loose for my 19-year-old son.

Are you referring to the PX8? Both the PX7 S2 and S2e are very sturdy. The early batches of the PX8 actually had an issue where the new eco-friendly adhesive caused the leather on the headband and ear cups to come apart. That problem was addressed in later 2023 production runs.

It is $199.99 at Seattle store yesterday afternoon. If it is $125.00 exactly, manager clearing which apply to that store only.
