Been through countless headsets over the years and as a rule, Turtle beach have almost always been awful. Medicore sound, cheap feeling, and not comfortable.

Gave these a shot and they might be the best headset turtle beach has ever made. Solid sound quality and good battery life.

These still have that cheap turtle beach plastic look and feel. Definitely improved, but still not great. They also aren't the most comfortable. Again improved, but there are definitely more comfortable headsets. The earpads are nice and thick, but the weight and size doesn't help.

Not my primary headset as I only use them with my backup series X when I play something on that. Primary headset is the Adueze Maxwell for PC/PS5 which is in another league.

Solid headphones, the 60mm drivers sound great, comfy, on the heavy side but built well

Do these have a port to directly connect to a ps5 controller via 3.5mm?

This headset became my daily driver that I use most. Great sound, long battery life and adjusting the volumes of the game and my Bluetooth music on the headset is ideal. They're solid built, comfortable and the weight isn't an issue for me, like my JBL Quantum 910's. I can wear them 3-4+ hour and totally comfortable. By the way, the 600 Gen 3's are advertised on SD for $64.99 on Woot and come with the full 1 year Turtle Beach Warranty. If you don't need dual bluetooth, that's a great deal.

No 3.5 port, just a USB-C for charging. I use these on my PS5 with one of the 2 Bluetooth dongles that come with it.

How do you know the other listing for 600s is gen 3 not 2?

It's in store clearence. Check the cages in store at Walmart and Target. I've seen the 700/800 at two different Walmarts both Ps Editions. My target has sold out of the 700.

You can tell by the look. The Gen 2 's have a Turtle Beach logo and a design gap across the middle.

Here what Gen 2 700's look like: https://www.gamestop.com/electron...45829.html

Mine did as well. Actually I think they were $59.99. Worth a check in the app or online to see if your local store has them in stock.
