Not sure why someone down voted. This is Vol 2 of 3 of Noir films, each volume has 9 movies on 3 discs, so $19.20 ($2.13 per movie) for Vol 2 is a good price. This was initially released in 2019 at $33. Each title has a DVD release that range from $15 (used) to $30 (new) since they're hard to find. NONE have had a standalone Blu ray release. Even if this is just a straight DVD transfer and not a 2k transfer to BR, it's still $2.13 per movie.
