I refuse to buy this until they discount the DLC/etxras as much as the base game.

It's also like 6 freaking skins, hardly "DLC". EA is insane.

Also, must DL and connect to EA servers and whatever their horky BS is. Will never buy one of their games that requires that and happy to never play another one of theirs if that's the case if they require their goofy platform.

It's ok, but I wouldn't go that route. The last time I checked there was some hitching here and there. The game really is too gorgeous to play on such a small format anyway.

It was horrible on release (not optimized, couldn't run at a stable FPS). Based on Steam still listing it as unsupported I'm guessing that has not changed.

I played through the first on steam deck and it was fun - shame they haven't addressed optimization (and likely never will).

Played this on Microsoft's gamepass on the $1 for 2 weeks trial. Meh.

Yeah, I know its really just skins, which makes it even more egregious. I prefer to buy the most complete version of a game that I can, but EA and Ubi make it really hard sometimes by never discounting their DLCs.
I also prefer to own it via Steam, even though it still launches the 3rd party launcher. Especially since the Steam Deck came out, it just makes it easier to not have to fuss with work arounds to run games from other launchers.
